- Missed or cancelled sessions are payable in full. Payment is taken in advance of each session.
- Sessions can be cancelled up until 48 hours before.
- Therapy sessions last 50 minutes and are held at the same time each week.

Each therapy session lasts 50 minutes.
We do not accept insurance directly. However, we can provide a receipt that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We recommend checking with your provider to understand your specific coverage.
We accept bank transfer as our main method of payment.
If you’re based outside the UK, you can use platforms like Wise to make an international transfer at a low cost.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed sessions without notice, will be charged the full session fee.
Yes, we offer a free 15-minute consultation to get to know you and understand what you’re looking for in therapy.
It’s a chance to ask questions, share what’s on your mind, and explore how we can support you. There’s no obligation to book a session afterwards.

Not at the moment. Our fees are based on individual sessions to allow flexibility in how often and how long you choose to attend therapy.
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. This helps us stay on track and respect the time of all clients.
The full session fee will still apply, regardless of the time remaining.
Yes, you’re welcome to take a break from therapy and return when you’re ready.
We recommend giving some notice before pausing so we can bring closure to the work we’ve done and discuss next steps.
